Accelerate Next
Hey, there. It’s me, Alex Mejias from HPE DEV. I just wanted to take a moment before heading out to HPE Discover and quickly touch base. There’s so much going on. Everything seems to be accelerating. You’ll note that this newsletter is being released right on the heels of our May edition. In preparation for our HPE Discover Hack Shack workshops and technical challenges, members of the HPE DEV and Design team wrote numerous tutorials and articles you might find interesting and helpful. So, in addition to the ones we shared with you in May, we offer many more here.

For those of you planning to attend HPE Discover ‘19, where the theme is “Accelerate Next”, we hope you’ll take advantage of everything the Hack Shack has to offer. Our technical workshops cover a wide variety of HPE software-defined hybrid cloud infrastructure products, such as HPE OneView, HPE SimpliVity, HPE Nimble Storage, and HPE Composable Infrastructure. Our HPE Design workshops offer hands-on opportunities to expand your creativity and kindle new ideas. You’ll also get a chance to see Grommet in action. This open source UI development and design tool was the brain-child of HPE DEV and Design team members and has developed a large grass roots following. For a complete listing of all of our sessions, please refer to last month's blog post.

I’m excited to be able to share all the great ideas and contributions coming out of the HPE DEV team, whether it’s through events, Slack, or this newsletter. If you’d like to connect with us in other ways, we hope you’ll let us know.
See Where You Can Find the Open Source UI Tool, Grommet, at HPE Discover
If you come by the Hack Shack at HPE Discover, you’ll be sure to notice Stack – the Grommet mascot. He’s on stickers, posters, etc. What you might not immediately notice is that Grommet underlies many of the components of the Hack Shack. Check out my post to learn how Grommet permeates so much of the software HPE provides.
